Terms of use.

The terms below govern use of arcanaoperations.com. Engagement contracts are separate documents that supersede these terms within their scope.

Scope

This site is operated by Arcana Operations LLC, a Portland, Oregon limited liability company. Use of the site indicates acceptance of these terms. Material on this site is informational; nothing here constitutes a binding offer of services, a guarantee of outcomes, or an agency relationship.

Engagements

Client engagements are governed by a signed statement of work or master services agreement executed between Arcana Operations LLC and the client. Pricing, scope, deliverables, IP assignment, confidentiality, and termination are addressed inside that engagement document. The terms on this site are the public surface; the contract governs the work.

Intake submissions via the request-briefing form do not create an engagement, an attorney–client or confidential relationship, or any binding obligation on either party until a written agreement is signed.

Content and intellectual property

Site copy, brand marks (including the philosopher's stone sigil and the arcana operations wordmark), original photography, and code are the intellectual property of Arcana Operations LLC. Third-party marks referenced on the site (Anthropic, Shopify, Vercel, Solana, Polymarket, BMW, et al.) remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced descriptively, not as endorsements.

You may quote brief excerpts of site copy with attribution for non-commercial commentary, journalism, or academic reference. Bulk reproduction, scraping for training data, or downstream commercial use requires prior written permission.

Liability

Information on this site is provided as-is. Arcana Operations LLC makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on public-site content. Engagement deliverables are warranted under the engagement contract, not under these terms.

Governance

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from site use that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be addressed in the state or federal courts seated in Multnomah County, Oregon.

We update these terms as the firm and its commitments evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted via the same channel.
