This page describes the information used to respond to inquiries, operate this website and support client work.
What we collect.
Name, email, company, selected service area, website, timing, source and free-text answers you submit through /intake. Used to review and respond to your inquiry. When online submission is available, details are delivered to our engagement system or operations email service. If you choose Prepare email, your email app opens a draft; you decide whether to send it. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights help us understand page visits and website performance. We use these tools to review how the public site is used and where it needs improvement.
Standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp, requested path) is recorded by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Retention depends on the hosting configuration and operational needs. Server-side error monitoring may also process diagnostic details when configured.
Client workspaces are provided by invitation through the relevant engagement. The public client-access page does not collect a password or submit a sign-in request. Data arrangements for client work are addressed in the engagement.
What we do not collect.
- No advertising cookies. No retargeting pixels. No third-party fingerprinting libraries.
- No cross-site identifiers, social-graph imports, or data broker enrichment.
- No marketing email lists. We do not sell, rent, or syndicate your address.
- No A/B-testing tools that segment individual visitors. Anonymous aggregate only.

Access, correction, deletion.
If you submitted an intake form and want a copy of what we hold, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email us. We respond within five business days. Statutory rights under California (CCPA), the EU (GDPR), and Oregon (OCPA) are honored on the same channel.
